Bottom line: if you do not have sodium or fat restrictions this is delicious and the perfect centerpiece to any tapas spread. Even with its high sodium content a small slice served with an egg or even a piece of cheese makes for a great seasoning as well as a snack.Was this helpful?

Apparently, my not quite six year old daughter has a taste for the good stuff. Of all the various items we had out for the charcuterie board - she ignored most of them.
