    Tapas Must Have!

    Bottom line: if you do not have sodium or fat restrictions this is delicious and the perfect centerpiece to any tapas spread. Even with its high sodium content a small slice served with an egg or even a piece of cheese makes for a great seasoning as well as a snack.

    Perfect Charcuterie Addition

    A very welcome addition to the charcuterie plate in our dining room. The loin is delicately cured and develops the same fine flavor of Iberian ham but with different texture. Delightful.

    Apparently, my not quite six year old daughter has a taste for the good stuff. Of all the various items we had out for the charcuterie board - she ignored most of them. But with a water cracker, a drizzle of honey, and this iberico - she was not to be stopped (until I adulted, intervened, and added a tasty blue cheese to the concoction forRead more about review stating Had to stop a child from eating it all! myself).

    Ay, este salchichón está buenísimo. Nunca había probado salchichón ibérico, pero le da mil vueltas al fuet o a cualquier otro salchichón. Me lo he comido en tres días. Voy a comprar más.
