    Great ingredient

This Jamon Serrania was so amazing on my sandwiches that I made for lunch. I put it on a toasted ciabatta, with some burrata, and some oil and vinegar. Best sandwich ever!

    A Prosciutto Step Up

I normally alway serve prosciutto on my charcuterie boards, but I found this at a local shop in Brooklyn and wanted to try it as something new instead. Let me tell you I was blown away! The flavor is rich, but not too much. My husband and I loved it!
