I placed an order recently and now my items are discounted. Do you price adjust?

We will honor a one-time exception for a price adjustment if your order was placed within 7 days of it being marked down. Please bear in mind we will not be able to honor a price adjustment if your item was purchased outside the 7-day window or if you have received a price adjustment in the past, no exceptions. Please email us at hello@mercadofamous.com for price adjustments.

Do you guarantee delivery by Christmas?

We guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve for ground shipping orders placed on or before 12/12/2024 to be shipped to a US address. Please note that if your order is placed after 12/12, we are not able to guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve. Mercado Famous is not responsible for any delays experienced by shipping carriers.

I forgot to use my promo code at checkout. What can I do?

We are able to retroactively apply discount codes to orders within 48 hours of orders being placed. Please email us at hello@mercadofamous.com within 48 hours of placing your order so we may assist.

SHIPPING & Order Management

Do you offer free shipping?

We are proud to offer free standard shipping (5-7 business days) on orders of $35+. At checkout you will see the free shipping option if your order qualifies!

Do you Ship Nationwide?

Yes, we ship our food products within the contiguous United States via UPS services for purchases made in our online shop. For further information read “Shipping”.

How long does my order take to ship?

For in stock products, please allow 5-7 business days for tracking information to be sent to you, unless you select express shipping which varies by the carrier selected.

For items or bundles that are out of stock, please allow up to 60 days for the order to ship.

During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and December holiday season, please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and shipment. Tracking details will be sent to you via email once the order has processed.

What does it mean if a product is on "Pre order"?

All pre orders products will be charged at during checkout. If you'd like to modify or cancel a preorder prior to its specified ship date please email hello@mercadofamous.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at the time of checkout once the shipping address has been entered. We calculate the cost for international shipping based on the total weight of all items in the order.

International shipping does not include duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. For multiple item orders we reserve the right to adjust aforementioned flat rates prior to shipment in accordance with order size.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing on our meats- please email us at hello@mercadofamous.com with your interest and we would be happy to provide more information.

How do I return my order?

All orders are final sale. Should you be experiencing an issue with your order, please email hello@mercadofamous.com and we will be more than happy to help you on a case by case basis.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly made in Spain.

Where do your products ship from?

All of our products are brought into the US from Spain. From here, we ship all of our products from our warehouse in Kentucky.

Where does the meat originate from?

Our product comes from a century old family farm based out of Salamanca, Spain. We believe we have one of the best kept secrets from Spain in terms of taste and how humanly we treat our animals.

What is the best way to store my products?

Our meats do not need refrigeration. We recommend keeping our products in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Please refrigerate after opening.
