As a mom, I'm always on the hunt for easy, protein filled snacks for my and my kids to enjoy. My kids are picky, but last year they became obsessed with prosciutto, so I wondered how they'd like Jamon. My husband and I became obsessed on our trip to Spain years ago, so I was excited to have my kids try it. Surprisingly they loved it! The Serrania was their favorite and I'll definitely be ordering more.
